Thank you for choosing Luxe Luv Decor to curate a romantic room for you and your loved one. We are excited to start planning your romantic room set up! Please read the important information below:

If you're ready to book, please note that this online booking option is only available for clients who are booking in the Philadelphia, Tristate area additional travel fees may apply.

• Hotel rooms are not included with our packages. We provide romantic room decorations and set up only

• All of our packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. After you've submitted your deposit, you'll receive a confirmation email/text. The remaining balance is due 1-week before your date. We'll email you a invoice to collect the remaining balance.

• When booking, please select the appropriate romance package for your special occasion or date night. The time you select, is the start time of the set up. Our set ups takes about 2.5-3 hours total. For example, If you select a 4pm start time, then the setup completion will be 6:30pm.

• Last minute bookings (if your setup date is within 3 days), there will be an additional fee of $50.

• Please be sure to input your location address in the notes section the when booking, to prevent confusion.

Hotel Check-in Process:

• On the date of your service, you will check into your hotel room. Please be aware, that we can not check into your hotel for you. After you have checked-in, you will ask the front desk staff to add one of our decorators name to your reservation. (we will provide the decorator's name in advance).

• Your decorator will obtain a key from the front desk. We will keep you updated upon arrival and completion of your set-up. The Set up time is approximately 2.5-3 hours. After your set-up, the room key will be left in your room.

• If you've booked an Airbnb, we will need the address and access code instructions sent to us the morning of your set up

Cancellations/Reschedules:

• In the event that you need to cancel your set up, please let us know as soon as possible! You will only have the option to reschedule your booking for a later date.

• Your non-refundable deposit will be valid to use towards your rescheduled date, if you rebook within 90 days of your cancellation date, free of charge. Each booking requires custom decorations, materials and pre-planned scheduling for each of our clients; therefore deposits and payments are non-refundable.
